NEW DELHI, Sept 24 (Reuters) - India's state-run National Aluminium Co Ltd (NALCO) will issue a long-term alumina sale tender for 240,000 tonnes within a day or two, Chairman C.R. Pradhan told Reuters on Wednesday.

He said the deliveries against the tender would start from January.
