As the largest shaped aluminum materials production base, Shandong Nanshan Industrial Co.Ltd.(a branch under Nanshan Group)was initiated in 1992 and now possesses 41 extrusion production lines conforming to international standards and yearly produces 110,000 tons of aluminum shaped materials and products in more than 100 series and 6000 varieties. A 4000-ton extruder was imported in August 2002.and the most advanced double acting reversion 6000-ton and 9000-ton extruders will be imported in 2005.This indicates that Nanshan Aluminum Products starts to enter into industrial shaped materials realm.
"Nanshan" brand shaped aluminum materials are good in quality and service, and sold well around China exported to Japan, U.K. USA. Australian, Canada and Southeast Asia countries, well received by all users. The products won certificates of honor issued by the Ministry of Agriculture. China Non-ferrous Metals Industry Association, Shandong Construction Committee the authentication of ISO9002 in 1997 and won the certification of ISO9001 British Royal UKAS Quality System in 2003. in the activities of "National Top 10 Shaped Aluminum Producters" held by China Non-ferrous Metal Processing Association. Longkou Nanshan Aluminum Products General Plant was posted on the list. In December 2003, the State General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine awarded "Nanshan" brand products with the Certificate for Product Exemption From Quality Inspection.
The world leader of thermal break of thermal break strip application equipment is Azon USA Inc and complex equipment imported from Switzerland. The complete powder spraying production line was imported from USA, and the Davision vertial yearly 15,000 tons full automatic powder spraying production line was imported from Italy. The powder for spraying is Akzo Nobel from Holland and Jiarong Bond from Beijing.
The electrophoretic coating production line was the first one in China imported from Japan with vertical 2 beam convey for surface treatment with Japanese Patent "UNICOL" uniform coloring technology, capable to produce 15,000 tons each year.
The fluorocarbon spraying production line under installation is the worldwide most advanced Japanese yearly 5000 tons complete set full automatic fluorocarbon spraying production line.
